Another shot of the winners... Andy, stop looking at your prize!!!

The above shows the picture of your most beloved friend and prefect in her ever-friendly most gorgeous smile. Why is she here?
Well it is because, she is the one who scored full marks the most number of times this year! Aren't you proud of her?

Of course we have to thank our most precious Class Monitor and Monitress who have helped out in so many many ways!

They have run up and down to collect your forms and letters to your parents, attendance and registers, etc.

No wonder they look so fit. It is because the have exercised running up and down the stairs!

Mass Workout

I did not want to take these photographs but you boys made me do it.
Let me explain.
An instructor was teaching aerobics on the stage but our dear friends Bazeel, Haziq, Hendra and Asrar are too shy to dance along. Let look at these funny moments.
At least our dear Asnawi is trying and not being influenced by the rest of you.
Well done Asnawi.
What is so funny Bazeel?
Hendra you are totally standing like a statue! MOVE it boys!

Sunil Warrier Anjali (4th in Class)
Siti Nur Sarah (5th in Class)
Mohd Asrar (5th in Class) and

With three pupils getting 5th in Class, one can only imagine how broke I was to have to reward these deserving pupils!
But... you guys have made me really proud of you.
Keep up the good work!

Also, not in the photograph, we have these pupils scoring top in subjects:
Mansi (English Language)

You have certainly made your teachers and parents proud of you.
Well done!

Busking!

Some of you may remember our Class Star Miss Tryphena Tan (Kindness 3 2008) performing with her brother for last year's busking.
This year, she has Miss Hasikin to join her in action!
They are dancing to the beat! Even their clothes are colour coordinated!
LOOK AT THEM GO! Hasikin, I want to learn that move!

We also have Miss Nur Diana and Miss Siti Nur Sarah, future Singapore Idols, singing to the tune!
Oh my goodness, just look at how experienced they are, swaying to their own voices, enchanting all of us audience...

So... How can I not take a photograph with our future stars?
This photograph may be worth thousands of dollars in future! Yes, I'm rich!

Salsa Dance Enrichment

This is one of my most unlucky days. Fortunately, I had a minute to run over to Rainbow Connection from my class to snap this photo which shows a video of an old lady dancing like a dainty little girl! Not just with zest, but also how skillful she was. Watch it here:

Kindness 4 was having their Salsa Dance Enrichment but I was having lesson with another class. Because of this, I missed the fun times you shared and all your graceful moves.

I heard from the instructor, Miss Amanda Lee, that my class was the one that had the most number of natural dancers! Including the boys!

One of whom that was specifically mentioned was Asrar, our very own class monitor!
I am so impressed yet disappointed that I was not there to witness your dance moves...

So Asrar, can you show me again?

Reader's Theatre

Remember what we did during English Fiesta Week?
After rounds of auditions and voting, we selected our best readers and performers in class!

They are namely:
Noor Hasikin (narrator)
Tan Zhong Ze (Giant)
Teo Wei Le (Fat Cat)
Nur Diana (Lucky Duck)
Muhammad Fa'iz (Cowardly Cow)
Lim Yong Yi (sound effects manager)

When the actual day came, I can't believe how convincing you guys were!

Hasikin narrated the story loudly and clearly!
Zhong Ze really sounded like a giant with his low deep voice!
Wei Le meowed like a real cat!
Diana went all out to sound like a duck with confidence!
Fa'iz sounded really timid with his soft and unassuring voice!
Coordinated with Yong Yi's timely stamping of the foot and hitting of the microphone!

and of course not forgetting the props the rest of the class helped in making!
and those who cheered and supported the performers by clapping as loudly as you can...

I must say, Kindness 4, you have done a great GREAT job!

No wonder you came in first for the competition..... :) :)
WELL DONE!

So I have decided to get you something little for your effort!
I hope you have put this folder to good use!

Trip to the Botanic Gardens!

Our first learning journey for year 2009 for the our class Kindness 4!

The above picture shows our class prefect Anthony Tan leading the class.
Just look at yourselves, kids!
Must you be so excited, Mr Haziq??

Observing the plants and feeling the heat?
Yes, I can still remember how hot it was on that day, there's no need to remind me with the number of umbrellas you people are using.

Siti Fatimah and Tan Zhong Ze, are those you?
I wonder what the two of you are looking at when the rest of your classmates are enjoying themselves in the learning hut! Pay attention~!

Taking a break from the hot hot weather and digesting all that newly-acquired knowledge...
Jing Hui, Alicia and Xinyi, are the three of you taking notes?

The three musketeers of Kindness 4! Samuel, Andy and Justus!
Is that you, Asnawi?
Oh my gosh, look at the messy table!
Everyone is engaged with enjoying their break!
Actually, I am quite impressed that even though you did not have enough money, you made use of what you learnt in Mathematics to share the cost of the food there!
Well done children!
